We absolutely adore essential oils. We've been using them for years and the benefits are truly amazing.

These days everyone is so stressed out. From conversations I have with friends and colleagues, everyone seems to stress over things way more than they should. Stress is really unhealthy and needs to be managed.

Lots of people are starting to turn to essential oils for relaxation and are taking control of their bodies with natural products.

Our favourite oils right now are Rosemary, Rosewood, Orange and most recently the Ylang Ylang oil. Here's a little about each of our favourites...

ROSEWOOD OIL

The benefits of Rosewood Oil are truly amazing. Not only does it help reduce stress, it instantly gives you a feeling of relaxation and calmness.

We recommend rubbing 5 drops into your neck and shoulders before work. For us, it helps with the everyday stresses of work and kids. It also smells beautiful so doubles as a perfume. A natural perfume of course.

YLANG YLANG OIL

We have only recently discovered the beauty of the Ylang Ylang oil. Not only does it help relieve stress and balance emotions, Ylang Ylang oil has been known to help revitalize your hair and scalp.

This is great for winter as many people suffer with a dry scalp. We recommend massaging five drops into your scalp each night.

To help with stress and nervous tension, we recommend rubbing five drops across the top of your back, neck and shoulders.

ORANGE OIL

We absolutely LOVE this Orange Oil from Thursday Plantation! Gentle & soothing, it helps to enjoy a better quality sleep.

Like a lot of other people, in the past we have really struggled with not only getting to sleep, but staying asleep throughout the night. Tossing, turning and overthinking when trying to fall asleep, was all too common.

To help induce sleep we recommend rubbing a few drops into your temples before bed and to stay asleep we recommend rubbing a couple of drops into the bottom of each foot.

Rosemary oil is used to support mood, memory, concentration and mental alertness.
