Empty minds make the most noise. A topic that seemed to anger one or two people when I posted about it the other night.
Before I get started, let me state, that this is my opinion, which I am more than entitled too. I am happy for people to disagree, as that is their opinion, but I am writing about what I believe in, whether that offends you or not.
I believe in reading, writing, learning and opening your mind to things that may intimidate or frighten you. In my personal experience I have found those who are uneducated on a topic seem to scream the loudest. By that I mean, those who don’t really know or believe in what they’re talking about tend to fight the hardest to get their point across, especially when it comes to health.
There are so many different health opinions out there, and so many people fighting over what is wrong or right. Should I vaccinate my child? Should I stick to a paleo diet? To answer these questions, you need to educate yourself. The more you research, the more confident you will be in your own decisions.
The other night I posted this photo and before he/she deleted their comment, they left this. Not only does this comment make absolutely no sense, it is obviously written by someone with an extraordinary closed mind. Like I said, I am happy for people to disagree with the content I post, but before doing so, some depth to your argument might be worth considering.
I am curious to know what others think of the statement “empty minds make the most noise?”
